Mariken has arrived. On the 7th of June Katrien gave birth to our darling daughter Mariken. I will be posting some pictures soon, but for the moment I'm just enjoying the moments. It's hard to put into words what we've been experiencing these last few days. But I'll be sure to try. Give us a couple of days and check back after the weekend to find our fist baby pictures. Please check out the 'Birth announcement' if you haven't received it by mail already.

Amazing new video and pics. And what may you ask is so amazing? Well... Check out the video page and meet Mariken face to face. No she isn't born yet. We've still got 4 weeks to go, but the latest echo shows her tiny face very well. And that is quite amazing to us.

Entering the last month...
	Mariken has proven herself very active the last month. Kicking and turning very often indeed. Check baby log for latest details.

	OK, it took me a while to get it online, but the latest update now includes video images of our daughter. Check out the 'video page' to say hi to Mariken... I'll be adding video clips quite regularly, so check back now and then. Updates expected like once a week. Also check 'Baby Log' for latest updates.

Half way there...
	22 weeks! Through the halfway point. Katrien is really starting to show, and we're probably going to post some pictures of that in the near future. For now please check the 'Baby log' and 'Album' for latest updates.

It's a girl!!! With a likelihood bordering certainty, the gyn-ob has given us the news. We are expecting a daughter. Her name is Mariken Lathouwers. Soon the domain KindjeLathouwers.com will be replaced by MarikenLathouwers.com. The pictures will be less clear from now on, as the child has grown to large to fit the echo screen. Please check Album and Baby log for latest updates.
